About the artist:

I learned with love and I sew with love.

I am Maryam Keshavarzi
43 years old from Tehran
I studied political science.

I trained needlework with the great professor Dr. Maryam Samak Jalali. She has a doctorate in traditional needlework.

After a full semester of needlework training, I started working.

And then for a while, I opened the page and started working very seriously and continuously.

Early on, I only embroidered and finished jewelry and photography.

Thank God, some women have been with me for some time now, and everyone is working.

And now, I’m very happy about this, both for myself and for the ladies who worked with me.

Thank God I was able to be selected in the Cypal Fashion and Clothing Festival in 2020 and the Hima Handicraft and Yarn Festival in 2021, and I am extremely happy about this.
